Tomorrow will make 4 straight days of moderate risk outlooks by the SPC. What is the longest streak of moderate or high (or combination of both) risk outlooks by the SPC?

May 3-5, 1999 all featured a high risk at some point (starting with the 20Z outlook on the 3rd). There was probably a 3-4 day streak without the risk dropping below Moderate during the period between May 4-10, 2003.

Not sure about longest moderate or combination, but longest streak of high risk days was 3; May 3rd, 4th, and 5th of 1999. Edit: beat me to it!

That period that Andy mentioned in 2003 was very active. A 4 day streak of at least moderate from May 3 through 6, then a slight on the 7th, then another 4 day streak from May 8 through 11.

The most recent stretch of four or more MDT+ days that I can recall is May 22-25, 2011. May 24 and 25 were both HIGH and I believe the preceding days were MDT. Not sure about the longest stretch overall, but I'd imagine it's not much longer than four consecutive days.
