The West Fork Fire Complex (actually 3 fires near one another) has now burned more than 90,000 acres on both sides of the Continental Divide near Wolf Creek Pass. At times smoke has reached as high as 37,000 feet, and at other times dense smoke has sharply reduced visibility on both sides of the Continental Divide. that is just a nasty fire and it doesn't appear to be letting up anytime soon

it's just a massive inferno. Currently at 110,000 acres and counting and only 25% contained. It's been burning for weeks with no end in sight.
