For chasers who use Verizon, I've noticed that Visible by Verizon has unlimited mobile hotspot plans. Data speeds are capped anywhere between 50-15M, but that should be fast enough to download radar on GR and even on Baron's web-based Threat Net. Has anyone tried it? I switched to Visible by Verizon last fall when they offered the $26/line promo.
My AllisonHouse/WeatherPulse subscription is on pause at the moment due to my layoff (plus I had to give back both of my Windows PCs and pivot to Windows on ARM on my Mac). I was going to have to give up Baron as well (since I haven't had a regular paycheck since October), but I managed to become an affiliate with them through my LLC, so I can now recommend Baron to my clients as a side operation to make some extra income. I may throw my iPhone into hotspot mode and point it at Baron and GR (on the public data feed) and see how well they run.
