I decided to try out the possibility of mounting a camera and running it to a DVR so I can continuously record video during a chase. If anyone has tossed the same or similar idea around, hop over to http://cctvproducts.stores.yahoo.net/jvctkc750u13.html and check that camera out.
The camera is on sale for $96 and the lens is either $37 or $$54, depending on the type of lens you want. I bought the camera, the Manual Iris Lens and then purchased the Outdoor Housing W/Mount unit.
Honestly, for $100 for the camera I wasn't expecting much.. I was expecting webcam quality video. Was I ever wrong... the quality blew me away, the video is amazing. It was definately worth every cent.
