• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

Venice 1970 Killer Tornado Footage

Well, I was about to say fake, but as I watched it it looks more and more real. I don't know Jeff. I'm curious, if it's a silent film, why do they embed the audio of the projector running?

Interesting

The sound of the projector could be someone video taping the projection, a simple way to convert old film to digital. The lighting on the buildings has an authenticity to it. If it is real then it is a monster of a tornado.

Then again the person also has alien autopsy footage on their channel.

Not sure about that footage I think that is fake (looks like its from an old movie or something!) - and I think the tornado was in September not November and they rated it F4 not F5. The tornado killed over 30 people most were on a boat that was lifted up and destroyed in the storm. http://www.oocities.com/tornadove1970/

At first glance appears authentic but something about it reminds me of a close-up of a model railroad set. After review of some of his other video I question the credibility of this one.
Here is another one of his creative works for comparison:

If you go to his You tube Channel Page, and scroll to the bottom, apparently other people are leaving comments about this particular individual stealing their vids. IMO, I personally think those "Rare" videos are fake. But that's just my opinion...others might not think so.

After a few watches, my view is that it's a fake video/film. The church tower/spire, which would have been made of heavy stone, seems to get whipped into the circulation very easily, whereas it's more than likely to have dropped to the ground, or at least dropped somewhat rather than being whipped away.

From his channel bio: "Filmmaker that makes Horror, Comedy, SciFi, and all kinds of Movies". I'm not sold on the Venice tornado video being real yet, but that alien autopsy footage looks to be authentic :D

Looks fake... I think the gentle rocking motion of the camera is the give away. That's an easily added trick to make CGI appear more "real".

Yea, that and the lack of any other debris in the cloud. There should be stuff flying everywhere!
