Updated Weather Model Links

Hey gang,

I created a set of framesets to navigate the various model sites in an easy to use and consistent format. The website isn't new, but I just added the Twister Data models and Matthew Pyle's 4km WRF. I also updated the links to SPC's SREF. You can check it out at:
