Let's stop pretending that 90% of the stuff going on out there is in the name of science. Neither the TIV nor Tornado Attack provide any scientific benefit whatsoever that is going to lead to anything other than to satisfy their own desires. And hey, that's totally fine with me. Let's just not call it a scientific mission. At least Sean is more honest with his desire to get 'the shot'.
Also, I'm not sure what that footage shows. It looks like he drives near the beginning of the Mulvane rotation but certainly chasers proceed him by driving into the actual flow of tornadoes. I would hope that if he intends to be sucked into a tornado that he actually wears a camera.
