It's in stock! B&H and Adorama! I called the Tokina distributor and they said check those stores and B&H's site said in stock! I ordered one... lol then I told you all. 
Better hurry if you want one cuz they will go fast! That's the lens I wanted but settled for the Sigma 10-20.
I am disappointed with the Sigma. I got my second one in and while it is better than the first one, it is still very soft and only about 50% of the test pics I took looked decent. I have read nothing but good things about the sharpness of the Tokina and I hope I get a good one cuz getting it replaced will take awhile.
