It's surprising that the 60 and 20D both need 2 seconds to write a RAW to memory. My old Drebel XT, running 15MB/S flash, can manage omewhere around 1.2 frames per second (0.7 shutter speed + reset time) indefinitely. Sure you've got more megapickles, but I'd think the camera's electronics should be able to keep up. Have you guys tried faster memory? Or will that make much of a difference?
