Thoughts on new v.360 camera

Storm chaser friends....give me your thoughts on this new camera. v.360 With this you can mount it on top of your car and can move the view around 360 degrees, even later in playback. In the upper left corner there is a joystick control device to move the view around. Here is a example Youtube video. Use the control in the video and look around 360 degrees. It can be streamed on Youtube or Facebook and the viewer can look in any direction they want and it doesn't effect anyone else. I'm thinking about getting one for chasing. What are your thoughts. That's an interesting product and application. I would certainly have fun playing with video shot close in a storm or tornado environment. My main issue is the poor resolution. That would be especially noticeable if a section were removed to be shown in a regular format ie on one's TV.
