I have had mine since 1998 and finally broke the cups off and damaged the anemometer internally resulting in readings stopping at certain speeds and other misc issues.

I need a new anemometer only. The thermo is fine, the head unit is fine, and so is the rain gauge.

Does anyone have one in I can buy in new condition, or know where someone sells them?

It was manufactured by Oregon Scientific. You should be able to get replacement parts from them.
