The best time and place to chase (revisiting an old question with stats)

I added a new metric to these statistics for photogenic tornadoes (well developed, no rain wrapping, daylight, etc). My average comes out to one tornado out of five being photogenic. Kansas again leads this category, with one out of three tornadoes being photogenic.
