Suddenly can't see/access Bar & Grill

Anybody else experiencing this?

When I visit ST today, there is no Bar & Grill showing. I know it still exists because I'm getting emails to threads I'm subscribed to there. But when I click on the thread link in the email I get this:

Your account does not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Some discussion boards on Stormtrack are restricted to subscribers and members only, including Target Area Forecasts and one private discussion forum. To subscribe, log in to your account and visit the subscription page.
2. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. This can happen if you are trying to edit someone else's post or access administrative features.
3. An administrator or moderator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Interestingly, I can see the Target Area forecasts and everything else. Just not B&G.

It happens in both IE and Firefox, so don't think it is cookie related.

Go to the "User CP"
Find "Networking" on the left side
Click "Group Memberships"
