Hotel room somewhere by an airport
Last winter someone sent me a link to StormSpotterLive.com. It looked as if they were setting up a network of audio feeds from SKYWARN nets around the country. Cool idea!

They were offering a free trial for a short time, but I could never figure out what it would cost afterwards since the links at the time on their website went nowhere. I registered for the freebie.

I had forgotten about them until today when I received this email:

SOUTH OF THE TEXAS/MEXICO BORDER TO LA CRUZ AND A TROPICAL STORM
WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM SOUTH OF LA CRUZ TO CABO ROJO.

Definitely sounds like a good Idea, havent heard of it in my area yet though??
