Hey y'all, I am a student at Vienna High in Southern Illinois, and I am a part of the Better Than Detention Podcast that we make in our podcasting class. I do most of my segments on weather-related stuff. My first one was about the Bridge Creek-Moore tornado, and my other one was about the new EF5 tornado that was just confirmed and will be released soon. I've been wanting to have a storm chaser come in for an interview, and I haven't really heard anything back. So I figured I would see if anyone on here was near us and would want to be on an interview. If you are from the region and would like to be on the podcast for an interview, just privately message me and we can go from there.

Sadly, you missed me by a few years... I lived down in the Carterville area for several years between 2013-2018... I wish I had a name to give you, I'm not terribly familiar with who is around that area so much anymore as I've been fairly removed from the region for a while.

You may try this facebook page; Storm Chasers in Southern Illinois. They haven't been terribly active, but I occasionally see them cross my feed.

Best of luck!

@danrobinson are you available? If I remember correctly, Dan lives in St. Louis, which is in the ball park. Dan would be a good one to reach out to.
