After reading all of the above comments, the only thing I have to add is that experienced chasers, in groups of one to several, know and must weigh the risks they are taking. But, tour groups that are transporting paying customers, who may have never even seen a severe storm before, should be even more cautious, to return their passengers and crew safely home, IMO.
