ST Time Zones Messed Up

For whatever reason, the "central time zone" option on ST isn't working. I noticed my posts were an hour behind from when I actually posted them today. So I checked my settings and I had "central" time selected. I experimented by choosing "eastern" time, which when applied, changed the times to an hour ahead of my posts (as it should've). When I changed it back to "central", it changed to the correct time for about a second, then switched back to an hour behind reality. So then I switched to "mountain" time, and nothing changed (as it shouldn't have). I switched back to "central" a second time, and watched the time change back to the correct time for about one second, then switch back into "mountain" time.

Maybe it's on my end, but I don't see how.

Most likely the server timezones weren't updated for the timezone updates or vbulletin uses some sort of a php function/module that relies on a timezone file. I know there's a couple perl modules that I noticed broke after the timezone changes a couple years ago.

Did it switch back without you reloading or anything else? If so, it sounds like a problem on your end. I see there's a Javascriptfile included on the timezone-settings page. Maybe the program that executes the js-code is mugging up things. I've never had this happen on mine.
