SN / RS Spotters' location not showing on Radar Scope

I'm having a problem with showing my location on Radar Scope. I have seen it, but it disappeared . I have the show Spotters checked to on in settings but nothing happens. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there additional information I need to know to get it to show my location.
