Andrew, that looks like a great mount. Very nice installation. I remember Galls had a really nice one at one time, before they discontinued it, that you could mount up to 4 different-sized radios on it; because they had adjustable, sliding mounts similar to that one. I've been looking ever since for a similar model for that versatility, and I think you may have provided me with a viable solution.

Looks good, I have the TM-V7A also. Be careful with the mic, it seems to die over time especially if you're rough with it. I have no idea why mine crapped out.
