Wow - South Atlantic - Invest SL90 just issued

Invest SL90 has just been issued for the south Atlantic off Brazil - March is peak time for these type of systems to form but they are VERY VERY rare - Indeed only six have ever been recorded with just one reaching CAT1 Hurricane status - one to watch maybe?

The NHC have even stuck a floater satellite on it !!

I thought Cyclone Caterina reached Catigory2 status? The Wiki also has it at peak intensity of Catigory2.
