Sounding Modification (Help Needed)

I thought this should go here......since it is concerning meteorology and forecasting. I am in a debate with some who say that there was only 250 J/kg present of Surface CAPE on the day of the Prattville, AL tornado which was 2/17/08. I want to find a website that will be able to calculate the CAPE for me when I plug in the details for the sounding. Is there an actual website capable of this? I will use the 12z BMX sounding and do some modifying of the temperature/dewpoint. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: The reason I post this is because I am certain that there had to be near or well over 1000 J/kg CAPE at Montgomery at the time of this supercell.

RAOB is the best thing to use, otherwise the FSL RUC site is good but I don't know of a way to import old soundings and several of the archival sites don't work.
