Smaller eye forming?

Anyone notice the smaller eye forming on radar? Here's a radar grab from NO.

I cant see it on satellite however.

I just see the main inner eye that occassionally has precip in it. That's a large void of precip immediately outside the inner eye.

... And in time, the inner eyewall is deteriorating. From radar, it seems that the se 1/2 of the inner eyewall is just about gone.
