Grand Forks, ND
Not as bad as 1997 but the fourth highest crest at Grand Forks since inception of the city. Some locations did have record a record crest. The interstate north of Grand Forks has water on the shoulder. That area is very near record crest. A pic below and many more will be posted on my site in the next few days.
