Saving radar loops

Back in the 'old days' it was easy to save radar loops from the web because they were all animated GIF files. Now everything is Java-based, and it is impossible to save loops. Are there any sites still using animated gifs?

You could save each frame in the loop and use a graphics program to put it together as an animated gif.

A good site that uses GIF animations is wunderground and My-Cast, they allow you to just save loops like you would just any other image.....

Yes, Weathertap still does. I save the hurricane loops.
