RUC to RAP switchover today - May 1, 2012

A heads up - the RUC is no more today. Some products/sites that used the RUC are using the RAP now transparently (IE, SPC mesoanalysis page), but some sources using the RUC may no longer be updating.

The Hoot website gets its data from the NOAA Port feed, and they're feeding RR data over the same pipeline as the RUC previously used. So hopefully sites not having RUC data won't be an issue.
