Report on the Denver Chase Convention brownout

For those at the Denver Storm Chase Convention last President's Day, you may recall the brownout that put our schedule in disarray, trapped people in elevators and put all of us in the dark.
Apparently, poor temperature forecasts setup the Xcel power company for more risk than they could manage. Take a look at this story
