This is unbelievable. The shallow modified arctic airmass came down Monday the 10th into southwestern Kansas, and a near non-stop epidose of freezing fog has been going on, which continues as of the time of this writing.. more than 48 hours later. I have put a webpage up with some pics I shot with my new Nikon D70 (thanks Tim S!). I have never seen rime icing this thick. It is a true winter wonderland out there!! I posted a few pics below...
