I am a new member to StormTrack and I have a question on how to attach or post a photo into a post or reply. Can anyone offer a quick answer. I seem to be having a senior moment and have forgotten how. Also I wanted to search this Beginners section for same info, but can't find a search feature.

I tried the feature in tool bar but I don't remember how to get the pix into a HTML link. I used to have a Photobucket account and could link thru their site.

I use photobucket also. In photobucket, you copy the second box for the image you want to post... I think it says direct link. Then you click on the image button with the mountian symbol on it where you are typing your message you want to post, and paste it into that box. Hit ok and the image should appear where ever you had your cursor... when you preview it. That should get it done. If it looks good then you can post it.

I also use Photobucket. When you have an image in Photobucket, the bottom option under the pic will place tags around it, and just copy that, and then paste it into the post here, and it will direct link to your pic. Always a good idea to use the "preview post" feature here so that you know it was successful.

Just be carefuly about image size to be sure that your photobucket image is not larger than what the forum rules allow.

Cool! That would save a bit of time. Learn something new everyday.
