Question About Joining Spotter Network

I want to join the spotter network for radarscope but I see it says I would be sent a type of newsletter yearly or quarterly. What exactly would it require me to do?

To expand on rdale's response, you need to create an account, take the training and pass the test. After that you can enter your Spotter Network username and password into RadarScope and start making reports. I recommend you not enter your username and password into RadarScope untill you have passed the test. In all the years I have had a SN account, I think I have gotten less than 1 email a year from them.
