Question about 2007 deadly tornado list

#20 on the list is 20 MAY 05 1730 2 SSW STAFFORD KS 1 1 0 0 0 WT234 EF3 01M

I am wondering where this information comes from? There were no fatalities in Stafford County that night that we know of.
