Possible funnel cloud?

First let me say that I did not take this footage, but a cousin of mine did. It is a bit hard to tell what exactly was going on in the video, but according to their dialog, the lowering was "rolling". I would love some insight on this.

I can add that at that moment, there was a visible hook echo on radar. I was in the process of watching the tornado warned cell on radar around the time this video was taken. That being said, deductive reasoning would point toward it being a funnel cloud, but second opinions aren't a bad idea.

It looks too horizontal for me, I don't see a steady rotation.

Looks like its maybe an inflow trail or just some scud, I don't see rotation.

Thanks everyone. That is kinda what I suspected. I saw some very similar cloud formations in the area.

It appears to be drawing in inflow... often you'll see large chunks of cloud rising up into the base under an updraft.
