I am currently looking for some images to use with a free guide about thunderstorms/tornadoes/storm chasing that I'm in the process of redoing. This guide was something that I released for free here on StormTrack about a year ago but decided its time for some updates and changes.
I will give full credit to those who contribute images for this guide. I will also provide a link to your website at the end of the guide. I plan to re-release this guide 100% for free again back to the community sometime in the near future and people may use the guide/distribute the guide whenever and where ever they would like. Just to be clear, I can not pay you for using the images but after all, it's a free guide and is intended to help others learn - so you would be helping give back to the community.
Images that I currently need (there may eventually be more):
- lightning images
- hail images
- tornado images (wedge, classic, rope, land spout, water spout, multiple vortex)
- images depicting the 4 stages of the lifecycle of a tornado (wall cloud/funnel, as it first touches down, mature stage, dieing/rope stage). If possible 4 images from the same tornado showing these 4 stages.
- General thunderstorm images - If I can't use an image 'in the guide' I plan to have an 'image gallery' at the very end of the guide so feel free to submit as many storm related images as you would like.
Please PM me images along with the name to give credit to and the link to your website/blog. You may also include a when/where for the image if you would like to.
