We had a thread on here a few years ago discussing old radar displays from the 1980s and early 90s. One of the displays in question appears on a website showing radars in Australia from years past.

The description says it's an EEC "MET" (Enterprise Electronics Corporation). I don't see any other references to it on the net. It appears to be the exact same display in the picture below. Interesting that the image in the link above has all six DVIP levels in the legend while the one below only has the first five (level six is the same as the background color).
