I have idea for NWP modeling group.

The mission is to build NWP modeling system. It will be open source project. I have a lot of ideas, more than I can finish in years. You are welcome to join the virtual work group. It is for everyone with background in mathematics, physics, meteorology, UNIX, programming.

I'd love to see one. I'd like to add to it the ability to fudge the return moisture. Up or down.
Also the ability to add products, such as, oh, IDK, maybe Critical Angle? or...
