New Registration Login Issue

Hello all,

I recently registered for a new account with Spotter Network and have been having issues trying to log in. I got my username and the temporary password but everytime I try to login it gives me an invalid statement. I tried using the forgot username and password options but keep running into the same issue with the new passwords. Have spell checked everything as well

Not sure what else I can do so hopefully someone can help me. Thanks for the invite to this community and for your help!!

Hi Ed,
The best advice I can give you is to use the lost password feature. That is the only way to completely verify the account.
