New Radar near Seattle?

Interesting story about another earmark in the recent omnibus legislation, this time for a new radar system in Washington State.

Anyone know anything more about this? A cursory google search came up blank.

Thanks for the link, Mike. That page is worth a read. It's mind-boggling to think that there is no radar coverage below 25,000FT, just outside a major metropolitan area (Seattle). Nobody likes excessive Gov't Cheese (except the kind eaten in a van down by the river) but for goodness sakes it's about time they get some more radar coverage.
