For individuals it's fairly simple: you can install the registration key on the machines you own, eg. your desktop and laptop, and use GRx on both machines at the same time. If you get a new computer, use your existing registration key. You can't install your registration key on a friend's computer, school computer, work computer, etc. They need to purchase their own license.
It's a very liberal licensing policy and mostly common sense. I've considered adding enforcement techniques but I always run into scenarios where legitimate users could get locked out and want to avoid that at all costs. If anyone has any questions, fire off email to me for clarification.
