I am looking for this program called 'ncdctorv3' for importing NCDC level 3 radar data into GRLevel3. Does anyone have a link where I can download from or where to go in obtaining it? thanks

I guess I need to add more to this:

Ive downloaded the NCDC data, put it all in a folder with the NCDC converting program...but that doesnt appear to have done anything. On top of that how would I open the data in GR3? I dont see an "open folder" or anything in GR3 itself....Any help is appreciated..I see this may turn into a redundant thread to one started previously about this issue, sorry in advance

I haven't used that utility, so I can't be of direct help. However, I think you will get much more help on this issue over on the GRx Owners Forum at http://www.grlevelx.com/owners/index.php .

With everything in one folder, just run

ncdctorv3.exe abcxxx.tar

This will untar and then combine the files. Then just drag and drop into GR3.
