6-21-04, Danny nailed it. I got hit by golfball hail on the southern tip of the hook. Lucky for me I missed out on the 4 inch hail that day. Here is special SPC page on the storm: http://www.spc.noaa.gov/coolimg/amarillo/index.html. Not to many times you get a storm like this moving almost due south.
