This morning I made a report on the amount of snow accumulated in Lowell, AR through the Spotternetwork web page in mobile safari. Used the winter weather report form. When the report was sent out, it was reported as severe damage. Anybody else dealing with a similar issue? I got dinged for the report because the site goofed. Really frustrating and makes me not want to report in the future out of fear of having a report screwed up by a glitch in the system.
