I can't make this stuff up - a man called into a TV station claiming that traffic circles cause tornados. Even more shocking is the media reported on it (guess I can't throw stones - I am posting it here): Pennsylvania man: Traffic circles are causing all of these tornadoes

Wonder if he thinks crop circles cause tornados in the plains?
