Good afternoon,

I am trying to reset a password. I am currently logged in to Spotter Network in RadarScope on my iPhone. When I go to the website and attempt to sign in with my saved password it fails.

Tried resetting using username and email and both at once. No reset email is sent.

If I try making a new account using the same username/email combination it tells me that the username is already in use.

What steps can I take to get back in to my account or reset the password?
 
I’m having the same issue my info is correct but it keeps failing to send me a new password so idk if it’s website is down or what but it’s frustrating
