CNN was interviewing an emergency coordinator in NOLA, and he said that at least 25 square miles are flooded.

yeah i was just watching wear this gal in North Carolina was calling into CNN and talking w/ the anchor live to send info to a reporter in New Orleans about family relatives she knows that are trapped on top of their homes near Lake Ponchatraine. The reporter was at the site of a rescue center that was sending boats out into the city to rescue people. Did anyone catch this?

I heard the same thing as I'm sitting here listening to the CNN channel on XM Radio. I guess the family needing rescued is on Deanne street.
