Lightning Balls Created In The Lab

The movie has been floating around for a while... :rolleyes:
The bouncy fireballs are just bits of burning metal falling from an electrical welding operation. You can even see the electrical cables on the ground.
At the very end, you can see a small speck of glowing-hot metal stop burning and slowly cool.
 
Similar electrical artifacts have been produced in labs for decades. It depends on what you consider to be ball lightning. Not much is known about the phenomena, I suspect there are various kinds making it hard to rigorously define.
