Late Season Tropical Storm...

Tropical Storm Otto formed this afternoon and will officially extend the already Record-breaking 2004 Hurricane Season even further. The storm which, as of the 9pm CST advisory, had sustained winds at 45mph and is moving east through the open waters of the North Atlantic.

Wow...an extremely late season TS just culminates a spectacular season for some, and terrible for many others.
