I wrote Warnings because I wanted the public to understand just how good severe weather forecasts and warnings have become and how many lives the meteorological profession is saving. How our profession does amazing work that goes largely unheralded.

Ill reitterate what I put on Facebook yesterday...I give SPC big props for keeping MDT risk into KY. I know there was a lot of discussion within the office as noted in the outlooks of removing it. But low and behold there were quite a number of LSRs in that area with even a high-end report. Big props to the SPC for nailing yesterdays event overall.
