Today at 15:36 Estonian time, 12:36 UTC, a dust devil hit the farm I live in. I was able to be inside the funnel and I felt winds, what were probably 5-6 Beaufort forces. I was just walking outside and studying formulas for tomorrow's test at physics and then... Leaves started swirling and it came. It was just feets away and then I jumped on its path. I felt winds at 5-6 Bft's while inside the funnel. It moved rather slowly, maybe 1-2 meters per second. Funnel was small, just few feet wide and 20-30 feet high.
