Issues With Thursday's Tornado Warnings in Dallas

As many of you know, since 2012's Hurricane Sandy I have been calling for the creation of a National Disaster Review Board (NDRB). One of the reasons is the clear deterioration in the quality of tornado warnings. They received their zenith in the late aughts and have deteriorated since 2011.

I am bringing this to your attention because I respect this community and I hope you can get behind the concept of a NDRB.
