Is this a hook echo?

About 10 days ago I was using radar scope on my ipad following the mess near VA (I think). So I loaded up the map and started to look around. I saw what I suspect is a hook echo, but never seeing one on radar I wanted to double check. This is a tornado warned cell around Franklin:

Yep, that's pretty classic. You might be able to see it using a lower tilt too.

While you can be fooled by a single scan, and you have to know if the synoptic conditions make it possible, I'd say, "You bet your bippie, that's a hook echo!"
