Not sure this one has much of a chance because of the African dust and shear but with the tropics you never know. The NHC is giving this a less than 30% chance of forming into the Tropical Cyclone at this time.

Remember the 30% is only for the next 48 hour period (from the time of the update). It's not unheard of to see very slow development, than something stronger much later.

I tend to like when the systems don't get to crazy early...means all the initial strong energy will be there when it get's closer to landfall (if landfall is going to happen).
